A Closer Look At The Air Jordan 5 “Bronze Tongue”

Air Jordan 5 Bronze Tongue Details 01 620x435

A bronze medal in basketball at the Olympics isn’t something that was celebrated by the United States when it happened back in 2004, but it did set the tone for the 2008 and 2012 squads to represent the country in dominant fashion as to make sure it would never happen again. The latest Rio Olympic reference to land on a Jordan Brand release will be this premium Air Jordan 5 featuring a near-iridescent Obsidian upper, White midsole, icy blue outsole, and, of course, Metallic Red Bronze accents throughout. Known as the Air Jordan 5 “Bronze”, the metallic sheen hits the tongue dressed in patent leather and livens up the fierce shark-teeth on the midsole for a unique twist. The colorway is slated to arrive at retailers on September 24th for $190 USD. Check out more detailed photos below and stay tuned for more Jordan release dates right here on Sneaker News.
