Right on the heels of the Concepts x New Balance “Rivalry Pack”, the Boston-based sneaker shop is already ready to launch another edition of the 998. This time it’s in celebration of this year’s Boston Marathon, with the classic New Balance runner featured in a patriotic red, white, blue, and black color scheme in a unique block of the four shades. Being a Concepts collab, you can expect some premium details, and they are indeed included with croc-embossed reflective panels at the toe and heel and “Boston 2016” heel tab embroidery to commemorate the famous race. The Concepts x New Balance 998 “Boston Marathon 2016” is available now exclusively at The Tannery and Concepts Cambridge, with an online release at www.cncptsintl.com on April 18th.
