Money-inspired colorways are nothing new to the sneaker world, and it looks like New Balance will get in on the action with the new “English Tender” pack. The brand chooses to work with the underrated 577 model, which comes equipped with a smooth suede upper. The separate teal and orange color schemes seem to be inspired by the £5 and £10 bills, respectively., and the British flag and pound sign can be found on the sneaker’s tongue tag – another nod to the currency-based colorways. Overall, an unlikely source of inspiration turns out to create one of the best New Balance 577 in recent years. Look out for the pack to hit your local retailers starting this week.
