After celebrating the brand’s history in China with “Nai Ke” editions of the remastered Air Force 1s last year, Nike Sportswear keeps things going in a special celebratory way for the Chinese new year. Not a Year of the Monkey colorway specifically like many other Chinese new years sneakers we’ve seen so far, this Air Force 1 Low represents the Chinese culture and new year symbolism as a whole with a mix of graphics across the clean white leather upper. A lotus is found on each tongue, koi fish on each heel, chubby babies on each insole, and large red Nike text in Chinese is present at each heel tab, all coming together for the special Chinese themed “Nai Ke” sneaker. This limited quickstrike release will first arrive in China in mid-January, but no international release date has been confirmed yet. Stay tuned to Sneaker News for any further release information.
