Ishod Wair is one of the many talented faces of Nike SB, and he very well may be the future once guys like Koston and P-Rod hang it up for good. In a rare move, Nike SB gave Wair his own Dunk SB, but what’s eye-catching about this new release is that it appears to be the thin-tongued version that sneakerheads didn’t gravitate towards when Nike first debuted it around 2007. Over the years, Nike SB’s athletes (and skateboarders everywhere) have grown to like the closer boardfeel, which is why thin-uppered shoes like the Koston and Janoski are so wildly popular. Will Ishod get his own signature shoe? Maybe not, but he’s got his own Dunks to show off. More photos are just ahead.
