The Air Jordan 8 “Chrome” will go head-to-head with the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost on December 19th. After the Jumpman pushed back the Air Jordan 11 “72-10” and a rumored Air Jordan 11/29 Pack that may or may not include a retail release of an all-red Melo-inspired Air Jordan 11, it looked like Jordan Brand felt there was a real threat that the Yeezy would jump over the Jumpman on that specific date. Nike Basketball will have its “Make Up Class Of ’98” Pack that features two awesome retros from Spike Lee’s He Got Game with the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Pearl” and an original colorway of the oft-forgotten Nike Zoom Flight Hawk. atmos and ASICS also plan to release a collaborative effort but given the Japanese brand’s history, this running offering will be rather limited. Which pair do you plan on picking up: the all-black Yeezy offering or the Air Jordan 8? Stay tuned for more updates and check out more of the latest sneakers on our release date page.
