The Nike MetCon 1 showcased that Nike is always revolutionizing their utilitarian training models for all purpose workouts. The shoe was a successful edition to those looking to participate in cross-training platforms so much so that the MetCon will see a sequel in 2016. So this muted black and white pair, last previewed in November, could be your last chance to grab the debut MetCon silhouette. Available December 5th, the MetCon 1 features a stable natural motion outsole for added flexibility, added rigid grooves for robe workouts, and a breathable combination of fuse and mesh on the upper for a lightweight ride.
