Nike Basketball’s latest signee, D’Angelo Russell, helped celebrate one of the most iconic basketball sneakers of all time at Nike Vault recently. We doubt the Lakers future point guard will pull a Rasheed Wallace and wear the Nike Air Force 1 on-court at any time given the fact that Bruce Kilgore’s classic is bulky by today’s basketball-playing standards, but it’s always nice to see a younger guy pay tribute to the Swoosh’s past. D’Angelo sat down with DJ Skee to talk shop whether it be about his affection for the Nike Air Force 1 Low or the upcoming season and even got to interact with some LA fans that showed up at Nike Vault.
