There’s no hiding the fact that full-length Air Max has sorta fallen out of favor with runners due to the evolving technologies and innovations of performance footwear. Still, Air Max has a massive cult following and even though models like Vomeros and Structures are better equipped for the sport, full-length Bubbles will always be an eye-catcher. The annual Air Max model is almost like a concept car – meant to be marveled at rather than put to daily use, but it’s still a popular pick for casual use. The 2016 model won’t debut until later this year, but we’re getting some advanced looks at the new model; the 2015 Max unit reprises its role, while the upper takes on more of an “FB” style with the forefoot Swoosh. Check out this “pixel” version below as well as a black/green pair and see what other Air Max 2016 colorways surfaced months ago.
