The Nike Air Tech Challenge III returned in an OG inspiration in a retro that finally featured that oversized tennis ball graphic on the heel (past releases of the shoe like 2007’s retro failed to bring back the unique logo). Other installments to look out for include a Wheat version for Fall 2015 and this flashback to the 90s in purple and orange. One of the original colorways to release at retailers back in 1991, this pair features all of the attention to detail that made the release such a head-turner in the first place. From a midsole speckling and and neutral visible air unit, the zig-zagging purple allows for dashes of orange to stand out on the lace eyelets and toecap. Asphalt Gold‘s site says that they’re expecting this pair to release November 2nd, but we’ll keep you updated when this retro will be available stateside in the future. More images below.
