Perhaps the most morbid article ever published on Sneaker News is this – a sneaker-inspired coffin from Ghana. The Ga tribe in coastal Ghana has a tradition in which the coffins are designed with bright colors that celebrate the way the individual lived, and it’s rather clear that the person that will be buried in this coffin once he/she gets nature’s final call is a huge fan of Air Max 95s. This piece of art is originally from the Tropenmuseum collection in Amsterdam and was later part of the ‘Ik R.I.P.’ exhibition in 2009. Check the full box below.
