Asics goes for some sporty vibes on this latest triple set of the Gel Lyte III, featuring “Varsity” team colorways. Constructed with ballistic mesh and suede, the split-tongued runner is presented in three team-based colorways of burgundy, dark green, and navy with white side stripes and reflective detailing. Adding to the varsity aesthetic, the shoe’s original release year of 1990 is embossed on each heel in block numbers. The Asics Gel Lyte III “Varsity” collection is arriving now at select shops overseas, and can be expected to touch down in the US soon.
