Hip-hop legends De La Soul are working on a new album, but they need your help. In order to fund the recording, mixing, marketing and everything else that goes along with dropping a new album, De La has whipped up a Kickstarter campaign to get some bucks from their loyal fans, with goodies going out to all those who donate. So why is this being reported on a sneaker blog? Because with a $300 donation, you can get a pair of the “De La Soul” Nike SB Dunk Highs autographed by all three members. (Along with the shoes, you’ll also get a t-shirt and and an advanced copy of the new album.) But that’s just one of the donation options, and what you can get depends on how much you donate.
