About a decade ago, Tinker Hatfield strolled into Niketown London to create the above pictured NIKEiD Air Max 1. It’s as far away from a traditional colorway of the shoe as possible, as the the debut visible air silhouette’s architect created an ominous black base accented by a vibrant pink. We aren’t too sure whether it was Tinker’s intention to fake a glow-in-the-dark like look on the outsole and Air Max unit with the green finish, but it’s possible that it’s not a coincidence that Kanye would go on to use a similar look on his debut Yeezy.
