You can imagine what his signature shoe demands are then and Nike has returned to give the Black Mamba nothing but the best, as his Kobe 10 returns with a sleek design from Eric Avar, Nike’s Creative Director & VP of Innovation. The silhouette was created “with a high sense of simplicity and style” as it sports a number of key recent innovations from the Swoosh, from an enticing offering of Lunarlon cushioning with a natural motion take, engineered mesh upper, all combined with the legendary comfort Zoom provides on the heel. The debut colorway will be this Kobe 10 “5 AM Flight”, a look that takes Blue Lagoon to task throughout in a hypnotizing array of azure hues while black plays an accent role. The 5 AM Flight is inspired by Kobe’s 40 foot jump from a diving platform in August of 2013 while he recovered from ACL surgery. What do you think?
