Jordan Brand is celebrating the Chinese New Year with a splash thanks to a water-inspired Air Jordan XX9. The folks over at The Remade had something else planned though, as they teamed up with 400ml Clothing to give us a premium Air Jordan 1 custom. The China inspiration hits in the country’s traditional deep red as the classic silhouette features both a leather and suede in the shade. Think a premium rendition of the Air Jordan 1 “Gym Red” that never arrived stateside. Custom white Chinese symbols arrive where the ‘Wings’ logo would normally rest on the upper ankle collar as well as on the heel for an added bonus. Grab a full look below.
