Jordan Brand’s need to branch out to into lifestyle markets has been a recent head-scratcher. Why dress up a new silhouette like the Air Jordan Shine in a premium $400 price point when people have been utilizing retros like the classic Air Jordan 1 as a lifestyle staple since the shoe’s inception? The brand seems to have taken notice to that, and this All-Star Weekend three premium Caviar Leather Air Jordan 1s are rumored to be releasing. This pristine white pair even gets metallic gold branding on the ‘Wings’ logos and unique heel plates with inscriptions of ‘MJ23’ and his rookie year ‘1985’. The real draw here is the return of the OG ‘Nike Air’ logo in a matching gold plated aesthetic. There’s no confirmation yet on when exactly the trio will be releasing or how premium a price point this look will demand, but we’re excited. Check out more photos below and let us know if you’re a fan of this caviar leather-donning AJ1 in the comments.
