Yes, there’s an all-red Kobe 9 EXT happening, and yes, they’re rather similar to the Red October Yeezy 2s. The tonal-red upper draws clear comparisons to Kanye West’s last Nike release, with the textured upper found on the February release matching the same material found on these high-top Kobe 9 releases. The snake panels on the ankle collar only add to the Yeezy 2 effect, and what’s more interesting is that these are apparently designated a “KRM” release (does the “K” stand for Kanye?).
