Mary Katrantzou x adidas Originals Footwear Collection

Mary Katrantzou Adidas Originals Footwear 01

Designer Mary Katrantzou lends her unique talents to the latest adidas Originals footwear collection with inspiration derived from elder athletic silhouettes. Much like the Alexander Wang apparel line driven by retro Nike products, this new collection takes a similar approach towards appeal while also breathing new life into current in-line adidas sneakers.Comprised of quarter length coats, track jackets, crews, tees, and experiment mesh tops, the offering then moves on sneakers, utilizing the ZX 5000, Marathon TR, and the Equipment Racer. Each of these unisex models denote bold design cues like metal spikes, floral print, glittered soles, futuristic trefoil branding, and of course direction from their apparel counterparts, while much of the construction infuses leather and mesh with strong color blocking enhancing its distinct complexion. Check out the looks below and expect the drop later this month.
