The Nike Air Command Force is headed to stateside retailers on December 1st, 2014. The retro sneaker definitely caused a buzz in the sneaker world, enough to warrant the purgatory of the initial retro colorway (which is almost here by the way). The shoe returns with a functioning air pump system intact, a detail that goes a long way in explaining the premium $200 price tag on the pair. The “Spurs” colorway is a nice nod at David Robinson, a big man who championed the sneaker during the 90s when big men not only ruled the paint but had signature sneakers to show for their hard work. A simplistic black upper allows for the desert motif of teal and pink to get most of the speckled shine. What do you think?
