One of the predictions we made earlier this month for September headlines was a Jordan Brand release that paid #RE2PECT to Derek Jeter, the long-time Yankees captain that will call it a career at the end of this month. Turns out we were right, because an Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Derek Jeter” looks to be in the works. This pair’s got some navy blue leather with pinstripe details, and although the “Barons” pair has some baseball inspiration to it, this one’s got a little more luxury appeal.
