The Nike Air Command Force release date is October 18th, 2014. The shoes will test the limits of chunkiness still acceptable in sneakers with their challenging height and bulk. Of course, for plenty it will be a no-brainer given the shoe’s historical context – especially with respect to their appearance in White Men Can’t Jump. What’s a little bit striking is that they will fetch $200 at retail, a price that puts them above even certain modern sig releases from Nike Basketball. Too much?
