adidas basketball is currently celebrating Tim Duncan’s fifth title, but that doesn’t mean that they’ve forgotten about Derrick Rose. After two back-to-back missed seasons, plenty of people are wondering what the Chicago guard will be capable of upon his return, but the three stripes are already busy furthering his footwear line. The latest silhouette is this adidas D Rose 773 III, a sneaker that takes inspirations from Rose’s Chicago roots by implementing the area code in the namesake. The sneaker is aimed at performance thanks to plenty of perforations on the upper while the lightweight treatment gets extra support thanks to the high-top construction. The asymmetrical wave on the toe box in reminiscent of another point guard’s signature in the Jordan CP3.VII. With three brand new colorways – one in a USA inspired white and navy, the other in an Orlando Magic-like white-black-and royal, and a third featuring a metallic silver and black, there’s plenty to look forward to. Be sure to check out more images after the click and stay tuned for a release date in the near future.
