With Nike at large issuing Black History Month sneakers for several years, the skate division jumped on board last year with the first BHM SBs. The Nike SB Dunk Low pictured above that’s scheduled to release on Saturday, February 1st is the second such Black History Month Dunk, and follows last year’s tri-color makeup with a more abstract celebration of this pack’s theme of Pan-African achievement. The shoe is mostly black but gets a huge boost from a reflective patterned rear quarter panel and a gradient red and purple midsole with an icey outsole below. These are connected to 2013 Thrasher SOTY Ishod Wair, and you can see some crisp new photos below to tide you over while we wait the just over two weeks until they drop.
