The KD 6 “Rugrats” will release on December 14th, 2013. To date we’ve only seen the shoes in GS sizing, so it’s looking like they are indeed a small-foot exclusive. For what it’s worth that fate definitely makes a certain amount of sense given the sneakers’ Nickelodeon muse.
