Nike CJ81 Trainer Max – Release Date

Calvin Johnson joins an exclusive club of wide receivers with signature training shoes the first Saturday of next month.  That’s when the Nike CJ81 Trainer Max makes its debut in the Volt and Photo Blue makeup that remains the only colorway we’ve seen to date.  Megatron’s first sigs arrive on Saturday, July 6th at select Nike Training retailers; how do they compare to the Zoom Revis, or to take it back to the top of the post, classic Randy Moss or Jerry Rice turf trainers (especially the basketball-inspired Air Ubiquitous Max, given the CJ81’s KD leanings)?  Let us know what you think and stick with Sneaker News as we count down till the drop.
