The patent leather look is one that’s not happened too many times on the Air Jordan V. Most recently there was that independence day style release in 2011, one that was preceded by the likes of the “Dark Army”. Shown here is an outtake of that shoe, one which has some strange alterations that set it apart from the retail version. Differences include the missing 23 embroidery, the all white stitching, and the greened out look for the midsole teeth.
