Amongst the brand new Jordan Brand models in the works for July 2013 is the Jordan Phase 23 Hoops II. The original Jordan Phase 23 Hoops was a model born back in 2011, so it’s a little bit strange to see the peripheral b-ball shoe show up with a sequel after so long. This new design gets rid of most of the perforations that gripped the upper of the last iterations, offering up some much cleaner paneling across the tumbled leather sections.
