French denim masters A.P.C. and Nike Sportswear go way back. These two labels have partnered for several collaborations over the years, including 2012’s Nike Dunk Highs and Air Max 1s. They follow a similar approach this year, applying minimalist colorways in premium materials to these same iconic 1980s silhouettes. For the Dunk High, black and Hay suedes ride gum rubber outsoles. AM1 is presented as Air Maxim 1 in traditional suede and mesh instead of the Flywire that distinguished earlier Maxims, but there’s no confusion about how dope the low-key black and white colorways turned out. Check out all four APC x NSW 2013 designs after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for release info because they’re out now at A.P.C.’s Hong Kong stores.
