To allocate specific air pressures in different compartments of the Max Air unit was one of the most impressive evolutionary jumps in Air Max history. Although Tuned Air is no longer around, the engineering behind Tuned Air continues to be instilled in contemporary and future Max Air advancements, with the current 2013 unit utilizing specifically tuned Air pressures in different areas of the shoe. The Nike Air Max Plus was the first running shoe to feature this sick technology, and although Retro releases have dropped throughout the years (mostly overseas), it looks like the Air Max Plus is ready to be re-inserted in sneaker rotations as we get a look at three colorways hitting select overseas retailers this weekend.
