Hare x Vans Authentic

There has been considerable discussion of bunny-themed sneakers this spring as we approach the return of the Air Jordan VIII Retro ‘Bugs’.  Last time that 1993 classic released was as a part of the Countdown Pack series that also included a pair of Bugs Bunny-associated VIIs called the ‘Hare’.  Today we see a Japanese brand by that name go in roughly the opposite direction, sneaker-wise, as the Hare x Vans Authentic goes for an artsy floral print instead of a cartoon theme.  This is one of those Vans team-ups that might never make it stateside, so have a closer look after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates as we approach the May 2013 release.  Photos:  Hare
