We’ve seen several new sneaker models like the LunarGlide+ 4 and the recently unveiled Nike Kobe 8 use the all-new Engineered Mesh, but the high-tech material isn’t limited to the latest designs as the ’87-born Air Max 1 will feature a full EM upper in place of the classic sport mesh and suede. This Spring 2013, we can expect a colorway of White/University Red, which aside from the EM upper, red Air unit, and black outsole, is a clear tribute to the original version.
