Portland’s Joe Carlino has put in work with Transworld and Videograss, and now turns his attention to making “a cool edit with snowboarding at the forefront.” His effort results in a resounding success with the first chapter of The Nike Snowboarding Project, a video that splits time between scenic appreciation and delocated shredding.
