Nike Air Huarache – Returning in 2013

Nike Air Huarache – Returning in 2013

Nike Air Huarache White Royal Scream Green

The ‘Huarache’ design concept was an adamant display of out-of-the-box thinking that only Nike could have come up with. Dynamic Fit, the funky exoskeleton, that fact that it had no Swoosh on the upper – the Air Huarache and Air Flight Huarache was a flat out marvel of a design. In 2011, Nike revisited the original Huarache models in ‘Free’ format, which despite its non-OG nature, still pleased the masses and almost cracked our Top 30 of 2011. In 2013, we might have a shoo-in for the ’13 Top 30 because the Air Huarache (selected by one of our editors as their personal favorites) is making a return in at least two original colorways. If you need a refresher on what OG colorways are returning, it’s the White/Royal/Scream Green and Black/Purple Punch seen here (note: these are OGs, not the 2013 Retro). Nike Running fans – it’s time to rejoice!
