Vans has been doing it for years, and now they finally came out and said as much. A brand best known for its plimsolls commits to the ‘other’ classic lowtop build as the Vans Syndicate Derby rolls out three low-key canvas and suede styles for the fall season. These flip where Off the Wall typically stitched their vamps (though we’ve seen more derbies in recent years), but stick with the immortal Waffle sole in case you need to skate in this dressier silhouette.
