Hussein Chalayan x Puma Haast – Fall 2012 Colorways

Puma’s Disc Blaze LTWT is the closest we’ve seen the German Cat come to matching Nike Sportswear’s enthusiasm for updating classic runners, but here’s another example of the ‘other’ Dassler brother’s brand taking more cues from NSW.  With a distinct gradient perforation that can’t be compared to all that many designs in history, Hussein Chalayan’s Puma Haast places its name alongside standouts like the Air Moire and its Air Max 90 Current hybrid.  Anthracite and Red Clay suedes ride atop silvery base layers and white/black ’80s-ish soles, and you’ll find more photos below before copping from SNS.
