Jordan Brand is no stranger to giving back to the communities who helped lift them up to their current status, holding clinics and often times doling out free gear across the country. Just last night in Chicago they chipped in on a poignant moment of remembrance taking place resurrection of ESPN’s 30 for 30 series in the auditorium of Simeon High School, the school of tragically slain high school hooper and local legend Ben ‘Benji’ Wilson (and let’s not forget Derrick Rose) on whom one of the first new 30 for 30 features will focus. Jordan Brand’s contribution came in the form of this, a commemorative pair of Air Jordan 1’s colored up to match the Simeon Wolverines’ colors featuring Wilson’s number embroidered on the back.
