Jordan Brand broke with a tradition they’d recently established by not issuing a 2012 Quai 54 pack, instead keeping things exclusive with a two dozen-pair run adding the familiar high contrast palette to an established favorite courtesy of a prominent tongue tag replacement. So unlike last year when we saw an Air Jordan V (two actually; the black pair functioning as 2011’s F&F-ish offering) accompanied by Team ISO II, this year’s JB-sponsored Parisian streetball tournament will be remembered by a special edition of the Air Jordan 4 ‘Military Blue’. These are distinct from June’s Military retro thanks to that numbered tag that clashes with the base design but indicates an item of significantly greater value thanks to its scarcity.
