We’re just over two weeks from San Antonio Sneaks Up 6 on April 29th, and coming up for this year’s event is another Sole Search event whereby five pairs of a custom sneaker creation are hidden across SATX in conjunction with Austin-based Nice Kicks, with clues dispersed via social media until they’re all captured.  This year’s design is another of the colorway-transfer of which we’ve seen so many this season, though the pairing of an underappreciated retro runner with this particular style is one of the more unique.  The Nike Air 180 ‘Fukijima’ by Dank Customs is a sendup of the ‘Entourage’ Air Force 1 Low whose white-Swooshed sample version we just showed you earlier this week.  The Entourage Uptowns are one of the true holy grails of modern sneakerhead culture; how does this custom Air 180 rank against a true modern classic?  Let us know when you click through to see all the San Antonio-specific laser etching and stick with Sneaker News for the latest custom designs.
