The idea of a high-tech runner being built from canvas probably doesn’t seem like the best one on paper, but with the Nike Air Max 97 being long-since removed from its context as a performance sneaker its definitely fair game at this point for a bit of material mashup. The result is actually surprisingly natural looking, no doubt due in part to the solidly blocked releases that make up the range like the ‘Sport Red’ shown here. Fortunately for our stateside readers, this sneaker has touched down on American soil as of now and can be had at fine retailers like Oneness.
