Chances are you got to experience first-hand the Jordan Brand launch of the Air Jordan 2012 that took over Sneaker News yesterday, but there’s a new development on the rise – the Air Jordan 2012 Lite. It features a similar design to the Air Jordan 2012, but re-tooled with a one-piece lightweight upper with visible Flywire, using apt color-blocking to replace the luxurious wing-tip perforated leather/suede panels seen on the original. The Air Jordan 2012 Lite will offer a lower curb weight than the original and should be a popular selection this Summer/Fall 2012, as it certainly brings a sportier vibe to the 1930’s Jazz-inspired motif of the Air Jordan 2012.
