The Air Jordan 1 is about to be given a skateboarding makeover courtesy of Nike SB, but don’t forget that Jordan Brand took notice of the virtues of overstuffed tongues long ago. The Air Jordan 1 Phat is back in a new colorway reminiscent of the first of two Air Jordan-inspired Dunk Low SB releases last year, a black, white and Action Green design that’s a tweak in colorblocking away from looking like a higher take on the ‘Neon J-Pack’ look. But just as it’d be redundant to call an AJ1 ‘J-Pack’, this release benefits from the break from the OG blocking pattern, and offers quite a bit of depth in its tonal black, Elephant-equipped uppers. Click through so you can see these from some more angles and look for them at JB retailers like Titolo.
