In today’s fast paced sneaker game, a sneaker that debuted over two years ago would be considered ‘old news’. Not the Air Max LeBron VII, the shoe that revitalized the LeBron signature line with the appealing aesthetic of full-length Max Air and the sick Flywire upper panel. Many sneakerheads herald the Air Max LeBron VII as the best Nike LeBron sneaker to have released, and for collectors, the LeBron VII has proven to be an entertaining challenge because there are so many unreleased PEs and Samples floating around, like this never-before-seen red leather sample. It features a full leather construction on the upper (even where the Flywire skin or weave panel is typically situated), with a white midsole and matching red outsole. These could have been a PE for LeBron to wear, but the red hue doesn’t necessarily match the Cleveland Cavs colors (although it does match Miami’s…).
