LeBron James was rewarded the league’s Most Valuable Player Award for the 2009-10 NBA Season, but we all know that impressive accomplishment was overshadowed by another piece of news. While an Air Max LeBron VII ‘MVP’ Edition was created, they never hit the market (officially) as anything LeBron + Cleveland was considered an ill pairing during the sensitive post-‘Decision’ time. It’s apparent that Nike had some high expectations for LeBron when he headed to Miami, because we just got a look at another ‘MVP’ colorway of a LeBron shoe – the LeBron 8 V/2. Unfortunately, LeBron struck out on all three MVP pitches (regular season, NBA Finals, All-Star Game), but his early-season performances in the current campaign should have him penciled in to win one, two, or maybe all three MVP trophies come June. These certainly would have been a hot commodity due to the great colorization of Black and Hot Red and the hazy gradient effect on the upper, so the question remains – will we see a LeBron 9 ‘MVP’? Check out the gallery of the Nike LeBron 8 V/2 ‘MVP’ Samples below as they’ve surfaced in the collection of justinamazing1, one of the hungriest LeBron PE/Sample hounds out there, and let us know what you think.
