For several years now, Nike has honored Black History Month with special sneaker releases, this year’s pack so substantial that it stretched across Nike, Inc. brand lines to include classic Converses and Air Jordans. It remains to be seen if we’ll see another BHM Air Jordan Retro, but the list from Nike’s Basketball and Sportswear divisions is starting to shape up now that we know at least six of the models confirmed for a February release. On the cutting edge, we’ll be seeing the Nike LeBron 9, Zoom Kobe VII and Zoom KD IV in BHM attire — the first time all three of Nike Basketball’s signatures will come together in black and gold. The first BHM LeBrons are joined on the Sportswear side of things by the Air Force 1 Low we’ve come to expect each year, plus the Air Max 1 and Blazer Mid. Let us know which one you’d most like to see in black and gold and stick with Sneaker News for updates including images of each pair and their release dates. via HC.
