We’ve already seen a Nike SB model convert to Air Jordanism earlier this year (the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Space Jam’ for our readers still stuck on first gear), but here’s a look at a custom pair of the Nike SB Blazer re-imagined in black patent leather and royal blue; the upper is completely redone to appear like the Space Jam’s glossy patent leather mudguard, with rip-stop nylon utilized on the swoosh and the heel-tab. The blue contrast stitching on the Swoosh adds another layer of the Space Jam motif, as does the stitched detailing on the heel-tab, which spells out ‘SB’ to mimic the ’23’ used on the Air Jordan XI. There was in fact a general release version of the Nike Blazer from over a year ago that many dubbed the ‘Space Jam’ Blazer, but those didn’t feature the signature patent leather.
