On the first day of this month, Sneaker News showed you the first Bape x adidas Originals collaboration in quite a while, a ‘B-Sides’ Superstar 80s that’s rather plain when compared to Nigo’s crazier works. And it turns out that this isn’t just another side to A Bathing Ape’s repertoire, but rather a Three Stripes collection that includes this new Undefeated x adidas Originals Top Ten Hi. They’re something of an inverse of the OG Top Ten colorway, not exactly an opposite, but certainly polarized when compared to the original. This UNDFTD design utilizes faded black pebbled leather that gives way to a rustic cold base layer that’s among the more elegant takes on this basic two-toned palette we’ve ever seen.
