Legendary British heavy metal pioneers Iron Maiden are considered to be one of the most influential metal bands of all time. Aside from their revolutionary sound, Iron Maiden is likely best recognized by their mascot Eddie and their trademark artwork done by artist Derek Riggs, all starting with the cover of Iron Maiden’s original self-titled album seen here on the side panel of this infamous SB Dunk. This rare Nike SB Dunk High was made for friends and family and features the remastered artwork on the upper center panel of the shoe, matched with a tonal black leather/suede upper combination, a transparent swoosh, and the band’s iconic name stitched on the heel. One interesting note about this uber-rare sample is that the band’s logo is reversed on the heels, so reading from left to right, ‘Maiden Iron’ is what appears.
