There are a ton of cult hits from the collection of Team Jordan releases of the late 90’s. Shoes like the Jordan Pro Strong and Jumpman Pro were widely popular non-OG hits, but JB also branched out to its NFL representative with the Jordan Super Freak/Cover 3 and Jordan 3 Percent – shoes worn by the exciting Randy Moss. The Air Jordan 3 Percent returns in 2011 with a modified design, namely the addition of the visible Max Air unit on the heel and the tribal-esque engraved graphic on the midsole. The upper and tongue also features a glossy faux-snake skin applique for an added flair on this seemingly performance-driven basketball shoe, and the name ‘Air Jordan 3 Percent Max’ isn’t an official name, but a fitting one the SN staff has given to this John Doe until the official name surfaces. Where does the Jordan 3 Percent rank on your list of all-time favorite non-legacy Jordans? Check out the images below as well as a shot of the original version (for our younger readers who have 0 percent knowledge of the 3 Percent) and let us know what you think. via kicks-lab.
