The Air Jordan XI Retro has produced each of the last two holiday season’s biggest sneaker releases (three if you include the XI/XII Collezione Pack from 2008), but don’t think Jordan Brand is just taking it easy during the summer months.  They’re resurrecting a classic model that first dropped in 1996 as perhaps a sign of things to come with the ever-expanding Zoom Kobe and Nike LeBron lines, the Air Jordan XI IE Low.  This model was built on the same sole as the other AJXIs, but the low-cut upper was entirely different, it’s heavily stitched upper perhaps closer to the Air Jordan XII that followed it, though unique to the entire Air Jordan Legacy thanks to polygonal mesh cutouts stretching the length of the vamp.  Click though to get a better look at this July release and consider grabbing a pair early courtesy of Kicks-Crew.
